 Homemade pie crusts with cheese and apple pie
I must admit I was skeptical when it comes to spin out pie crusts, you know domestic ones, thin thin, like Mother's, though I already prepared Burek, but i got Nastasja  additional support in order to embark on an adventure greater strength.

How it works in Nastasjas kitchen!

It's necessary:

1kg flour
7dcl water
teaspoons of salt.
Knead dough no longer than ten minutes.
Then take it out on the work surface and rolling pin lightly attenuate coated with oil.
Leave for at least 20 minutes.

 Then prepare a clean tablecloth, spread across the table, it is best that this be cotton tablecloth.Slowly with hands stretch dough.Surplus of dough  at the ends  rip off,



 Put the cheese at the end of both sides and then twist to the middle to get two rolls.Then in greased baking pan twist like a snail.Bake until golden brown.

And of course on the same principe I made apple pie.
For the filling I grate apples, add bread crumbs and a little raisin.
I naturally than half the ingredients for a pie with cheese you can make two small Bureka cheese.
So stretched crust, sprinkle with cheese and wrapped on both sides, then roll each twist of the snail.
